Filip De Maeyer started working, after his master in Computer Science studies, in the wonderful world of networking. The first networks he touched were the mainframe driven wide area networks, followed by the local area networks. Still today, after a career of 25 years of which 22 years with Dimension Data and NTT Ltd., he is even more passionate about networking. His main focus today is on mobile network technologies, like wireless, LPWAN and recently added, Private 5G. Christian De Boeck holds a PhD in sciences from ULB and works as a manager, consultant, trainer and coach. He is ISO-22301 certified (Lead implementer and lead auditor) and member of the BCI (Business Continuity Institute).

His first life was academic as a researcher, but since more than 20 years now, he’s supporting enterprises, executives and leaders looking for more resilience and sustainability.

Over his career, Christian has been working for multiple local and international companies of all sizes in Belgium and in Europe with a large exposure to financial, manufacturing and energy sectors.

Christian’s speciality is continuity strategies definition and implementation with a strong focus on aligning IT with business. He has setup and successfully tested a vast number of disaster recovery and continuity plans.

Since his begins, Christian added sustainability / low carbon transition and the human aspects of change management to the portfolio of services he’s offering through Synergit, his network of experienced specialists.

His aim is to propose the largest and most comprehensive possible coverage of risks that may affect the performance and the survival of an enterprise.

Edward is heading Google Cloud in Belgium and Luxembourg. He studied a Master in trade engineering at the KU Leuven, a MIT (Master in IT) and an MBA. He is a fan of his 2 daughters, Belgian chocolates, and intensive sports like kitesurfing, tennis and triathlon. He joined Google 9 years ago, after 4 years at VMware. Before that, he worked at worlds largest beer company – AB Inbev – as Organization Director, and started his career at HP in various roles in consulting and sales, from which a few years as Global Account Manager.

Ghislain Meulenijzer has over 20 years of experience in IT and engineering. He is the Workplace & Power Platform Lead at Fujitsu, and focuses on workplace optimization, automation, data, cloud and much more.

Geert Baudewijns, CEO and founder of Secutec and has more than 22 years of experience in cybersecurity. During this session, he shares his experiences in cybersecurity and about his negotiations with cybercriminals. Geert has been designated as the sole contact person for negotiations with cybercriminals by the Belgian Ministry of internal affairs. Based on research and experience with hacking, he brought the product Secutec SecureDNS to the market, which offers an extra layer of protection on top of your current cybersecurity.

Jean-Michel joined Capgemini Invent Belux beginning of 2021 as VP Business Technology to drive the cloud practice and then became the Head of the Enterprise Transformation capability in 2022. He brings 25 yrs of EMEA experience driving and scaling up digital transformation across multi-industries with large corporations, SMB and start-ups for B2B and B2C markets. He is passionate about anticipating market disruption and strategic innovation adoption in order to articulate new perspectives and way to implement them.

He started his career as consultant in the financial services industry with a Big4 in Luxembourg and Belgium. In 2000, he joined the B2Build start-up in Paris as Director of Business Development. In 2001 he was appointed General Manager for Sony NetServices to develop and incubate new business strategies based on new distribution platforms. He joined Cisco in 2006 through the acquisition of Scientific-Atlanta where he was Director of EMEA Strategic Marketing & Business Development. After leading the EMEA cable, digital media and telco strategy for Service Providers and the connected home market, he led the EMEA cloud services go-to-market strategy and thought leadership consulting for Cisco’s Partners. He was appointed CEO of iEllow in 2018 to develop a Virtual and Augmented Reality Industry 4.0 excellence center for BeNeLux to accelerate and incubate the AR/VR technology. Jean-Michel holds a Master in Civil Engineering (ULg) and Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management (UCL).

Anas Kabbaj est le Directeur de la région de l’Afrique du Nord et de l’Ouest à Vertiv.

Il est actuellement basé au bureau de Vertiv Maroc et il est responsable du pilotage stratégique de la croissance de Vertiv dans la région tout en assurant l’harmonisation avec la vision globale de la société.

Avant de rejoindre Vertiv en 2020, Anas occupait le poste de Directeur Général à General Electric (GE) Maroc. Il compte à son actif plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions telles que la gestion de projet, le consulting, le développement des affaires et la direction générale dans différents secteurs, notamment l’Energie, l’Aviation et l’IT.

Anas est titulaire d’un master en Ingénierie des Systèmes et Réseaux télécoms de l’Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications et d’un MBA en stratégie et management de l’École des hautes études commerciales de Paris Sciences (HEC Paris).

Basé à Casablanca, Mr Fréderic Goepfer est le Responsable des ventes export pour la région Afrique francophone et aussi Leader du segment Datacenter au sein d’Eaton Maroc.

Il a commencé sa carrière en tant qu’Ingénieur Commercial au sein de la société MGE UPS en 1998.

Frédéric Goepfer a rejoint Eaton en 2007 à l’ouverture du bureau régional Afrique du Nord au Maroc, en tant que Responsable Intégrateurs France, pour le marché informatique.

En 2011, il a eu la charge du Business développement de l’activité Power Quality en Afrique, pour ensuite devenir en 2015, le Responsable Export Afrique francophone.

Avec l’obtention, en 2020, de la certification Tier Designer en Data Center délivré par Uptime Institute, et plus de vingt-cinq ans d’expériences en gestion de la qualité de l’énergie électrique, Il est ainsi réputé pour son expertise dans le domaine.

Frédéric a obtenu un DUT Bureaux d’études en conception de produits industriels du Lycée Gustave Eiffel et est aussi diplômé de l’Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Toulon, devenu aujourd’hui KEDGE Business School, en 1997.

EL HITMI MED AMINE Fondateur et CEO du bureau d’étude de technologie de pointes INGENIOS, Diplômé autant qu’ingénieur d’état ENSEM, et diplômé en Management de projet au Collège polytechnique de paris, Certifié ATD, ATD Expert ,et AOS chez Uptime Institute,  diplômé d’un Master spécialisé en intelligence artificielle des objets et innovation en partenariat avec IBM, et doctorant en IA dans le Data center.

S’intéresse à concevoir des Data centres Innovent et efficient, à l’intelligence artificielle (IA), à l’apprentissage automatique (ML), à la robotique, à la sûreté électronique,  et à d’autres technologies avancées, axées sur la manière dont elles aident les entreprises et les clients à améliorer leurs performances et résiliences.

Mourad Younes is a dynamic and successful business manager with over 15 years of experience in sales management, account management, business development and product management. He is a determined professional with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Mourad has implemented best strategic practices within changing business environments and dynamic economies. He is currently responsible for the business growth within the Cloud and services providers industry for Schneider Electric.

Matthieu Gallego est actuellement Directeur et responsable de l’activité Data center France pour Turner & Townsend, un cabinet de conseil en construction de 8000 personnes dans le monde présent dans 120 bureaux. Il conseille au quotidien des acteurs de la colocation ainsi que des fonds d’investissements dans le secteur du data center en France. Ancien Chef de projet EMEA chez OVH, il est également au board start up, acteurs du secteur et travaille notamment avec la commission Européenne sur la souveraineté numérique.

Directeur des opérations depuis 2017, Tristan Richard a rejoint APL en 2003 où il a successivement occupé les postes d’ingénieur chargé d’affaires, de directeur de projets puis de directeur du pôle ingénierie de l’agence de Paris .Issu du domaine de la sécurité physique et électronique des bâtiments sensibles, et disposant d’une solide expérience terrain en conception, rationalisation, réalisation et mise en exploitation de data centers, il met au service des DSI et décideurs sa connaissance approfondie de l’état de l’art et des évolutions des data centers. Yves Grandmontagne, fondateur et rédacteur en chef de Datacenter Magazine.

Acteur de l’informatique depuis 40 ans, journaliste IT depuis 20 ans, conférencier et analyste, Yves Grandmontagnea cofondé Silicon.fr, puis Le Journal du DSI, avant de créer Datacenter Magazine. Fin connaisseur des domaines du datacenter, des infrastructures et de la cybersécurité, il collabore également avec divers média IT.

[2015- à aujourd’hui ] : Olivier Labbé est Directeur Général Adjoint (DGA) de la société CAP INGELEC depuis 2015 et Directeur Général (DG) de CAP DC (filiale internationale de Cap Ingelec présente en Europe du Sud et en Afrique). Olivier Labbé s’appuie sur la double compétence en informatique et en performance énergétique, nécessaire au développement de Cap DC, dont il est aujourd’hui le co-fondateur et Directeur Général.

Il enseigne également depuis 2019 à Kedge Business School sur le développement numérique en Afrique, après avoir enseigné pendant 10 ans à TBS (Toulouse Business School) sur le E-commerce.

Nicolas Sagnes is Raritan Product Manager for EMEA territories and is in charge of global product marketing for Raritan power products. Nicolas has a Master’s degree in marking and management and more than 7 years of experience in the data center industry, developing solutions for NOC services and power infrastructure. Originally from France, Nicolas spent 5 years in the United States working with some of the largest data centers in the world.
